Designed by Carlos and Borja Ferrater, Cocina Hermanos Torres, the experiential Michelin restaurant in Barcelona, demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability through its collaboration with Roca. This includes a one-of-a-kind bathroom that helps raise awareness about water conservation.
The restaurant's bathrooms are designed to enhance the overall dining experience, combining tradition with innovation. Roca's Insignia faucets and Beyond basins, complemented by the modern practicality of Hotels accessories, create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. The choice of these collections ensures that the bathrooms reflect the creativity and prestige of the restaurant, while also incorporating the latest technologies for water saving, including the Cold Start system, and practical solutions for safety and durability in public use. As well as providing a sensory experience, the design also emphasises environmental responsibility, in line with the Torres brothers' vision of a sustainable world inspired by nature’s most precious resource. Committed to addressing the critical issue of water consumption, the chefs have partnered with the We Are Water Foundation since 2016.

With soft outlines and an extraordinary elegance and personality, its slim side handle makes the difference in a modern single-lever faucet ideal for bathrooms with a clear urban character.
An alliance between simplicity, style and functionality. This collection has been designed to adapt to any space and requirement. Inspired by minimalist forms, it is characterised by its great versatility. It is a solution thought of for both small and large design projects, whether public or private.
Systems that combine efficiency and technology to deliver the best performance.
Not surprisingly, the project by Sophia Sebti and Yachar Bouhaya Architectes had to combine the Asian fusion of the dishes with a modern restaurant facing the ocean that, as in all Casablanca, breathes the Arab and French culture. To achieve it, the Roca products were integrated in a bathroom space in which each piece, due to its shape and composition, is at the service of the senses. In honor of the importance of water and hygiene spaces in the Arab culture, the bathroom of this cosmopolitan restaurant was conceived as a space for beauty and wellbeing. With this in mind, not only did Roca provide sophisticated designs and materials, but also efficient, resistant and functional solutions.
