14.5. If you are not happy with the outcome of ADR, you can still bring court proceedings.

14.6. Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms. If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
