- • Whenever customers purchase Roca products at Roca authorized dealer shops, official warranty can be offered with the valid receipt.
- • The eligible signs would be granted for all Roca authorized dealers.
- • For all those non-official Roca products, no Roca warranty can be covered.
Client should preserve the receipt which is issued by the authorized dealer. Within a year of purchase, client can present its receipt and request the repair (within the regions of Hong Kong except islands), if product quality issue that meets the requirement from Roca. After a year of warranty, the inspection fee, spare parts or maintenance fee would be applied. The relevant restricted obligations or terms & conditions, please refer to the content of Roca retail catalogue. No prior notice will be made for any changes. In case of any disputes, our company would reserve all rights for the final decisions.
